Is the A3 Shadow Box frame the only size for the Wings Memorial Keepsake?
Yes, I have tried to make them smaller, yet found the effect wasn’t as clear as using A3 size
What is the size of an A3 in inches and metric?
Metric 297 x 420 mm, Imperial 11.7 x 16.5 inches
Do you sell outside of Australia?
As of now March 2023, I only sell in Australia. However, I do have plans to expand into North America and Britain soon. Sign up for our email notification so you are aware of new items and changes.Â
You do not give ‘Refunds’ is this for all your products?
No, only the ‘Personalised’ products have NO Refund as they cannot be restocked and resold. I will have new products that are individual yet not personalised. These will be refundable. See Refund policies.
Why is there no Contact phone number or Chat?

What if I do not have a good photo of my loved one?
Currently, I need a photo for the Wings Memorial Keepsake. So would be unable to create this keepsake for you.
